    Let us know how your niece likes Elizabeth. I am sure she will be thrilled especially since she doesn't think she will be getting Elizabeth.

    Giving a doll a home with a girl who will love her is always a good thing!!!! Parting with the doll was hard but I think Elizabeth will make that little girl so happy!!! Yay for you!! [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

    Well as someone who just totally *fell* for the whole Velveteen Rabbit concept, your Elizabeth will be SO happy to be loved and played with by that special little neice of yours! She is a lucky doll and now you can look forward to a new Elizabeth to love!

    That's what it's all about - you made that little girl's day! It's all about the moments that the dolls create for us and our daughters, etc. not the actual dolls themselves, and you created a great moment for that little girl. Good for you!
